As Lead Pastor, Quintin's main roles here are to lead the ministry of the Word and prayer, cast vision for the future, encourage and equip other leaders, and serve as a goodwill ambassador of Valley Church to the whole church family and to the greater Des Moines community.  Quintin enjoys reading, playing basketball, watching all kinds of sports, and traveling with family. John is passionate about building effective teams and helping staff find their "sweet spot" where God wants them to serve.  John loves living in the Midwest, the seasons, the people, the culture and balanced atmosphere for raising a family.  He and his wife Carol have three children, Anders, Audrey, and Ethan. Linton first started at Valley in 1992 as an associate Pastor and has since transitioned to his current position because of his passion for counseling.   Linton and his wife Kristie have two daughters, Kaitlin and Hannah. Email Linton

Daniel oversees all Outreach ministries from International to Local missions. He also serves as a team leader and has the privilege of coaching (supervising) five of our staff members. Daniel is a passionate communicator specializing in leadership, outreach and parenting teenagers. Julie has been at Valley since 2003. When she's not working Julie loves to ride her motorcycle and visit the downtown Des Moines Farmers Market. She and her husband Jeff have three daughters and four grandchildren. Email Julie

As the pastor of Life Transformation, Bryan oversees our Life Groups (mid-sized – small churches) and our small groups. He works with key leaders in these areas to ensure the adults of Valley Church are experiencing spiritual formation in Christ. He also works with various ministry partners to help build healthy families and relationships at Valley. Our desire is to see people connect with Christ in the areas of marriage, parenting and interpersonal relationships. In his free time Bryan makes stained glass windows. He and his wife met in high school and have been married since 1989. They have two daughters. Email Bryan
